Pomegranate Walnut Baked Oats

GUYS if you are looking for the coziest winter recipe than look no further because these baked oats are literally coziness in a bowl. I have recently become super obsessed with pomegranate and was looking for new ways to incorporate them into new recipes. I’m also trying to find ways to sneak walnuts into my diet since I don’t particularly love them to snack on individually. However, walnuts are the perfect addition to many recipes and are SO good for you. Packed with omega 3s, walnuts offer your body so much goodness. Down below you’ll find the recipe to this delicious baked oats!

Pomegranate Walnut Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 ripe, mashed banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (add more or less to your liking)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized bowl whisk all the ingredients together.
  3. Spray a ramekin with coconut oil and place into the oven.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked
  5. Enjoy xx
